These Terms govern your use of Veyno. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.
Veyno is a personal expense-tracking and budgeting application for iOS, operated as a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KVK: [TO BE ADDED]) under the trade name "Veyno". The service consists of the Veyno iOS app, the veyno.app website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
You must be at least 13 years old to use Veyno. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use someone else's account.
Veyno offers a free tier and a paid Veyno Premium subscription. Premium is available in three plans:
Current prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by country and may be adjusted in the future; existing subscribers will be notified of price changes in advance as required by Apple.
All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method on file for your Apple ID. Your subscription is governed by both these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
If a free trial is offered (typically 7 days on the Yearly plan), it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID; users who have previously had a trial will not see the trial option.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Your Apple ID will be charged the then-current price within 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewed subscription will be the same length and price as the previous period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID's subscription settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep Premium access until that date. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your account remains active and your existing data stays intact. You will lose access to Premium features (Net Worth, advanced Insights, Recurring expenses, unlimited Saving Goals) and revert to the limits of the free tier.
You retain full ownership of any data you enter into Veyno. We act only as a custodian of your data and process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups where appropriate. While we take reasonable steps to protect against data loss, we cannot guarantee that data will not be lost due to circumstances outside our control.

Veyno is an organizational and tracking tool. Nothing in the app, website, or any related communication constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All financial decisions you make are your own responsibility. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
All content, branding, design, source code, and trademarks associated with Veyno are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal use in accordance with these Terms. This license terminates when you stop using the Service or violate these Terms.
We aim for the Service to be available 24/7 but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will give reasonable advance notice for changes that materially reduce functionality available to paying subscribers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or financial decisions made based on information in the app — arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may stop using Veyno and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can stop using the Service before the changes take effect.
